The Charges

Patrick faces 10 felony counts, and if he is convicted, he will face the rest of his life in prison.

His charges are 4 counts of Attempted Murder of a Police Officer, with a deadly weapon; 1 count of Battery against a Police Officer, with a deadly weapon. These are all Class A Felonies in the State of Nevada.

One count carries a life in prison sentence. He has five counts.

He has five additional charges against him which are Class B Felonies: 4 counts of discharging a weapon at or into a structure or vehicle (these are the other recreational vehicles that were damaged); and 1 count of discharging a firearm within or from a structure or vehicle (this would be our motorhome). These carry sentences of 1-20 years each. As you can see, the charges against Pat are extremely serious.

My husband is not a criminal, my husband is not an evil man. He is a 'broken Veteran' who needs help that the VA of Southern Nevada did not give him.

All of us, family and friends, must work together to save his life.

(Upcoming post - I will give you information about Pat's attorney and the case he is building. Please understand, I cannot discuss specifics.)
